Dale Benoit, Director of Administration

Upon graduating from Cecilia High School in 1977, Dale immediately began has career in the oil and gas industry where he would devote the next 40 years to Weatherford International.  

From working on the rig floor to being the Gulf Coast Region Area Manager, Dale has had his hand in every aspect of the business.

Dale brings a wealth of knowledge from day to day operations of a business, managing people and problem solving.

In 2017, Dale began working for St. Martin Parish Government in the Public Works Department which gave him knowledge of how a government entity operates. In 2023, Dale was given the opportunity to serve as the Director of Administration for St. Martin Parish.

Sean is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana where he majored in both Accounting and Psychology.

After leaving the United States Army in 1997, with the rank of Staff Sergeant and occupational specialties in Counter Intelligence and Cryptologic Linguist (Russian),

Sean began his career in the private sector working in Human Resources as a Client Service Manager and Recruiter for a regional personnel franchise. In his 13 years there, he ascended to the level of Branch Manager and then Corporate Administrator, where he oversaw the financial processes for all offices within the franchise which spanned New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, St. Martinville, New Iberia and Alexandria.  

In 2010, Sean was offered the opportunity to enter into a position of public service once again with St. Martin Parish Government, as Director of Finance, where he continues to serve the people of St. Martin Parish.
